What to prepare.
The proposed checklist below helps parents gather documents before applying.
- Certified copy of the child’s birth certificate
- Immunisation or clinic card, or an affidavit if unavailable
- Certified parent or guardian ID or passport
- Proof of address not older than three months
- Latest preschool progress report for Grade 1
- Transfer card and fee clearance certificate where applicable
